Been thinking of making a telegram bot any experience?

Heya so i've been messing with the idea of building a telegram bot.

maybe something like a bill splitter type thing, or just something that can ping my phone when something funny is happening on my local network

has anyone written a telegram bot before? what kind of bot and language did u go with

i don't have any personal experience but maybe id say just start by learning the api and how to host the bot

also familiarize yourself with whatever language it requires
